"Let It Go" Workshop
Have you ever been so hurt or angry that you just couldn't let it go? This workshop is about letting go of the anger, shame, frustration, and resentment about your painful experiences.
In this workshop, the focus is on you - not on those who hurt you. Through honest, gentle, and sometimes humorous conversation, journaling and meditation; we will learn how to:
- Quiet your internal thoughts
- Identify and change limiting beliefs
- Identify how your past is showing up in your present
- Put the past where it belongs - in the past.
