Zoom Yoga Class
This class is open to beginners, those that think they are not flexible enough to do yoga, not good enough, don’t like to practice in a room full of people and, my favorite, those who have never stepped foot on a yoga mat. If you come to my class, I promise, you can do the poses. To participate in this class, just sign up to receive emails with the Zoom link for the class. Invite your friends to join for this gentle practice designed to help you self-regulate emotions throughout your day.
Because of the uncertainty of these times, I offer this weekly class for you to be able to stick to your yoga/mindfulness practice no matter what. That said, drop in fee is $10. If you don’t have the funds, register anyway. I want you in class!
